If you own the IQPODZ 05, 20, or 25, the audio and mic will only be activated in one budz to prevent echo and delays in your phone call.
The new iQ budz models use a Bluetooth 5.0 connection to create dual ear phone calls without echo or delays.
There are four potential causes for disruptions in connection:
• Too far from device: connection can be lost if you travel too far away from your connected device. Solid walls and barriers in between your device and your budz will decrease the overall connection distance of the budz.
• Connection is blocked: If one budz is in your pocket or covered by a hat or hood this may cause as disruption in connection.
• Traffic lights: the frequency of the signals used in traffic lights have a slight chance of causing a disruption in connection.
• Bluetooth overload: Areas with a high concentration of Bluetooth devices may cause a disruption in connection.
This is common for true wireless headphones especially on Android devices.
Bluetooth 5.0 is fast enough to prevent this and is featured in the newer budz models.
